About the project

We are a group of researchers.
Researchers often work at a university.
They look for solutions to problems.

We want to know about the experiences of young people with disabilities when they start working.

Many young people with disabilities cannot find work.
That is a problem.

We want to understand the reasons for the problem.

We want to know what is difficult.

We also want to know what helps young people with disabilities to find a job.

We use several methods in the project.
One method is to talk to different people.

We want to talk to people in Luxembourg and in Switzerland.

We want to talk to young people with disabilities first:

We want to talk about school.

And we want to talk about work.

We also want to talk to employers.
The employer is the boss of a company.
The employer gives people work and pays them.

And we also want to talk to social workers.
Social workers often help people with disabilities.
